I haven't received my laundry strips yet. What now?

That's annoying! The laundry strips should arrive in your mailbox within 1-2 business days.

  • Step 1: Check Track & Trace. Look at the shipping confirmation to see where the delivery service indicates your package is now.
  • Step 2: Wait one more day. Sometimes a package experiences a slight delay.
  • Step 3: Contact us. If your order has still not arrived after 3 business days, please send us a message via the contact form. We will investigate it immediately and ensure you receive your detergent quickly.
I received the wrong product. How do I fix this?

Our apologies, that's an error in the packaging line. Please send us an email immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • Which product you ordered.
  • Which product you incorrectly received.

We will then immediately ensure that the correct product is sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge. You do not need to return the wrong product. No hassle!

I am missing a product from my package. What should I do?

That is, of course, not what should happen. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

  • Please send an email to our customer service with your order number and let us know which product is missing.
  • We will check this internally and ensure that the missing product is sent to you immediately. You will then receive a new track & trace code for the subsequent delivery.
The packaging arrived damaged. Can I still use the strips?

That's a shame! Fortunately, the laundry strips themselves are usually still perfectly usable, even if the outer packaging is a bit dented.

  • Are the strips themselves wet or severely damaged? Please send us a photo of the damaged packaging and its contents, along with your order number.
  • We will then send you a new package free of charge. It is our intention that you receive our strips in top condition.
Can I return the laundry detergent sheets if I'm not satisfied?

Of course. We are confident that you will love our laundry detergent sheets, but if you don't, you have 30 days to return your purchase.

  • Return conditions: The sheets must be unopened and unused.
  • Send us a message via the contact form to register your return. You will then receive instructions and the return address. Once we have received the shipment, we will refund the purchase amount.

How do I get such a smart subscription?

A smart move! With a subscription, you immediately get the best discount and never miss out again.

  1. Choose your favorite laundry strips on the product page.
  2. Select the 'Subscription' option instead of a one-time purchase.
  3. Choose how often you want to receive a new batch (usually every month or two months).
  4. Complete the order.
    From now on, you'll automatically receive your laundry strips in your mailbox. It doesn't get any easier or more affordable.
How do I change my subscription?

Super simple. Go to the 'My Account' page. There you will see an overview of your current subscription (which scent, how often you receive it). You can adjust this in a few clicks. Whether you want to try a different scent or need a larger package, you can arrange it without any hassle.

Can I pause my Lavoa subscription?

Absolutely! That's the smart thing about a subscription. If you go on holiday, or simply still have enough strips left, you can easily postpone the next delivery. Log in to 'My Account' and choose the option 'Postpone Delivery' or 'Pause Subscription'. You can restart it whenever suits you, at no extra cost.

How do I cancel my Lavoa subscription?

Too bad, but it's your laundry! Cancelling is as simple as signing up. Log in to 'My Account', go to your subscription and choose 'Cancel'. There is no long notice period. You are not tied to anything and can always start again if you miss the wonderfully clean and plastic-free laundry. No hassle, promised.
