With liquid detergent, it's always a gamble: "Is half a cap enough, or should it be filled to the brim?" The result is almost always that we use too much. That's not only a waste of money, but also bad for your washing machine and the environment. With Lavoa's laundry strips, dosing has finally become child's play.
The basic rule: 1 strip for 1 full load Our laundry strips are designed for the standard wash of an average household. But what does that mean in kilograms?
-
Light to normal wash (3 to 5 kg): Do you have a drum that is comfortably filled (not crammed)? Then one laundry strip is exactly what you need.
-
Large wash or heavy load (6 to 8 kg): Do you have an XL machine or is the drum truly full to the brim with heavy fabrics like towels or jeans? Then use two strips for optimal results.
-
Small washes (1 to 2 kg): Are you only washing a few favorite shirts? Then you can simply tear the strip in half. Half a strip will be more than sufficient.
Why kilograms don't really matter Although it's convenient to think in kilograms, washing is actually about the "degree of soiling." A 3 kg pile of sports clothes sometimes needs more washing power than 5 kg of curtains that have only collected some dust.
The benefits of correct dosing The beauty of Lavoa is that the strips dissolve completely. With liquid detergent or powder, overdosing often creates a "greasy" layer in the machine (grease build-up) or white stains on your dark clothing. With the strips, you have precisely the right amount of active ingredients. Nothing more, nothing less.
Save smartly By consciously dosing with our strips, you make a package last longer. While with a bottle of liquid detergent you often waste 20% of the contents due to spills or overdosing, with Lavoa you use every cent you pay for.
